3+ Years Relevant Experience
- Hands-on experience developing business applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- X+ years of AWS services experience, specializing in AWS Connect.
- Proficiency in AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon DynamoDB, AWS Step Functions, and Amazon S3.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Connect contact flows and integrations.
- Strong grasp of telephony concepts and protocols like SIP and WebRTC.
- Skilled in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for AWS Lambda development.
- Familiarity with AWS CLI and SDKs for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
