- We are seeking an experienced AEM Administrator to manage and support our Adobe Experience Manager environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with a focus on delivering a seamless digital experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the AEM environment, including installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and optimize AEM for efficiency and reliability.
- Manage user permissions, workflows, and content repositories within AEM.
- Collaborate with development teams to support AEM applications and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM instances and components.
- Implement security best practices and manage AEM security configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and content authors.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations for AEM administration.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM features and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AEM Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager architecture and components (e.g., Authoring, Publishing, Dispatcher).
- Familiarity with AEM development processes, including Sling, OSGi, and HTL (Sightly).
- Experience with AEM Assets, Sites, and Forms.
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Understanding of content management best practices and digital asset management.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AEM certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with related Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
