8+ Years Relevant Experience
We are seeking an experienced Agile PLM Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in Oracle Agile PLM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional skills with deep knowledge of the PLM domain, Agile PLM modules (PPM, PQM), and ERP integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Fit/Gap analysis and gather business requirements to align Agile PLM solutions with organizational needs.
- Provide techno-functional expertise in Oracle Agile PLM, ensuring efficient implementation and customization.
- Configure, support, and enhance Agile PLM modules including PPM (Product Portfolio Management) and PQM (Product Quality Management).
- Integrate Agile PLM with ERP systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices, troubleshoot issues, and drive PLM process improvements.
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective adoption.
- Stay updated with Agile PLM updates, patches, and new functionalities, recommending enhancements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM with strong techno-functional expertise.
- Hands-on experience with PLM configurations, customizations, and Agile SDK/API for integrations.
- Strong knowledge of PPM, PQM, and Agile PLM workflows.
- Experience integrating Agile PLM with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, or other enterprise applications).
- Proven ability to conduct business requirement analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile PLM upgrades and cloud migration.
- Knowledge of Oracle ADF, Java, and SQL for Agile PLM customizations.
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience in an Agile development environment.
