Minimum Qualification

• Min 4-5 years in the following areas is required.
• Creating and managing complex program schedule.
• Working experience of product life cycle management.
• Planning and scheduling that involves Digital, RF, Analog and Power Management IC's.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Agile, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.

Additional Qualification

• Knowledge of wireless standards is an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills & presentation skills required.
• Excellent team interface skills and work under tight timelines.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Must function self-sufficiently with little direct supervision.
• Sufficient technical competency to participate in discussion, add value to program and resolving issues.
• Ability to understand key technical issues and extract information by asking appropriate questions and validating information prior to publication.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and interpersonal skills to practical situations.
• Prefer Program management experience.
• Semiconductor industry experience is must.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline preferred.
