4+ Years Relevant Experience
- Design, develop, and configure RSA Archer applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Customize Archer solutions using advanced workflow, data feeds, data imports, and other Archer components.
- Perform system administration tasks including user and access management, application maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain Archer reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Archer applications and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
