- Expertise in leading and managing cross-functional assurance teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Strong experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing assurance professionals to enhance team performance.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing assurance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and process reviews, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills for identifying gaps, risks, and improvement areas within assurance processes.
- Familiarity with various assurance tools, technologies, and quality standards such as ISO, Six Sigma, or CMMI.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration and alignment among stakeholders.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
