5+ Years Relevant Experience

• Good experience in DaaS.
• Level 3 Experience in administration like Monitoring, Enable VDI services and attach cloud storage and VDI Management - Creation and configuring of DAAS.
• Level 2 Experience in Enterprise Applications setup and troubleshooting of VDI OS level issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Need to have 5+ years of experience and knowledge in Troubleshooting the Workspace issues, software& installation, Audio / Video Streaming printing, Application Configuration, VPN, and other issues over remote and over call support to customers.
• Act as a Workspace Administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workspace creation, Configuring, Enable AWS Connect and troubleshoot.
• Manage and Maintain the Documents for all changes include creation, configuration, and deletion.
• Required knowledge of Workplace creation in Single or Multi-region in AWS cloud platform.
• Maintain a security aspect as prescribed by organization policies.
• Work with cloud or On-Prem Active Directory team to configure user and device level policies.
• Support with security team for VDI compliance and Protection from anti-phishing/anti-malware/anti-spam policies.
• Periodically check Workspace account effectively being used.
• VDI active and Inactive reports need to be generated periodically for validation purposes.
• Monitor and update Workspace License utilization.
• In depth Knowledge of Workspace Administration, level of day-to-day task.
• Help develop future strategies for Workspace products and services if it is cost effect when compared with other cloud providers.
• Provide escalation or 3rd level support for Service Desk issues that are escalated for troubleshooting.
• Support of the backup technologies and monitoring solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs.
• Create automation scripts (e.g.: PowerShell, JSON or Python) for Automation.
• Troubleshooting the Workspace issue, diagnosing the problems and root cause of the problem.
• Coordinate installation of all applications and configuration.
• Test, evaluate, configure, and install products.
• Monitoring Network bandwidth usage.
• Ensure VDI user data is backed up to preferred Cloud storage.
• Deploying custom features and policies.
• Experience with Cloud Workspace experience is preferred.
• Problem-Solving, Workspace administration, PC Proficiency, Verbal communication, and phone skills are a must.
• Some training and certification will be provided.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and some holidays.
