• Minimum of 6+ years of experience should be in an enterprise or solution architect role in which you handle service-oriented and web applications architecture.
• Strong expertise in BSS systems areas like lead generation, order creation, fulfilment, service assurance, and billing.
• Sound knowledge of B2C and B2B enterprise products, such as managed security and broadband.
• A background in telecom or cable is highly beneficial for some BSS solution architecture jobs, as is experience with software technologies, Service Oriented Architecture, enterprise architecture tools, and workflow and business process management.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into a solution.
• Agile software development skills are also beneficial for some positions.
• Ability to complete assign tasks and assist in the management of less experienced colleagues.
• Responsible for the Technical or Functional aspects of the Analysis and Design Process and its associated documentation – Technical, functional specification, Test Plans.
• Exhibits the judgment as to when to ask for assistance.
• Ability to act as a leader and motivates the team to work on a collaborative manner.
