UiPath Business Analyst

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UiPath Business Analyst to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by understanding and analyzing business processes and requirements.
• As a UiPath Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and contribute to the successful implementation of UiPath RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.? Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit information and gather detailed requirements.
• Analyze and document current state processes and identify opportunities for automation using UiPath.
• Work closely with UiPath Developers and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
• Participate in the design and review of solution proposals to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Assist in the testing and validation of UiPath bots, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Provide support and guidance during the UiPath development lifecycle skills.
• UiPath Business Analyst Advanced Certification is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of RPA principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies.
