Job Descritpion of CNC Programming Designer
4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience
- Should be Graduate in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- Should have 3 to 5 years experience in developing CNC programs for aerospace components (3 axis to 5 axis) manufacture using CATIA.
- Experience in developing optimal tool path generation / optimization in CATIA CAM and validation through virtual simulation.
- Understanding of GD &T and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process planning for manufacturing aerospace components.
- Exposure to aerospace engineering material and related processes.
- Exposure to manufacturing of components - machined, sheet metal, Pipe bending and assembly will be preferred.
- Experience in selection of cutting tools, cutting speed and feed for optimization.
