6 to 10 Years Relevant Experience

• Strong Telecom (Radio, CORE) background. Strong EMS / NMS knowledge as per NMS TEC-GR.
• Strong Telecom - Radio / Core technical background.
• Hands on and Technical understanding of Telecom EMS / NMS / OSS layers and functionalities.
• Well versed with Telecom Roll-out processes in each circle at PAN India level.
• Technical Architectural knowledge for NMS system for large scale NEs at PAN India level.
• NMS – EMS – NEs Integration and adapter understanding.
• Customer engagement & communication, e2e tracking & monitoring of project delivery.
• Hands – on experience in NMS monitoring processes.
• ITIL processes.
• Application roll-out and complete lifecycle till Customer acceptance.
• Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role.
  a. Technical Deployment Lead.
  b. Interaction with customer for User acceptance and validation testing.
  c. Team handling and interaction with Product team to translate the customer business requirement into product technical requirement.
