Job Descritpion of Electronic Data Interchange Developer
10+ Years Relevant Experience
- Incumbent with good understanding of EDI platforms and Deployment.
- Should have good functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, FI processes.
- Should have basic ABAP debugging skills.
- Ability to lead a project working collaboratively with key business stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing electronic integrations, communicating with partners and platforms through various EDI channels, and working with different electronic format messages.
- Experience with GS1 Standards, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, UBL, and SAP Document Compliance solutions is essential.
- Integration of EDI through SAP PI/PO and CPI is also required.
- Good Knowledge in EDI standards like X12, EDIFACT.
- Good Knowledge of Configuration of Interfaces to suppliers including EDI 850 (Purchase order notification), EDI 856 (advance shipment notification inbound), EDI 810 (Vendor invoice inbound), creation of partner profiles, mapping of EDI data.
- Good Knowledge of Output determination configurations including settings up for exchange servers prints, emails.
- Good Knowledge of ports to print Smart Forms (sales order and invoice), EDI.
