3 to 6 Years Relevant Experience (Shift - US)
Must have Skills
- HRO Experience any UK/Europe Geo minimum 3-5 Year is Must.
- Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow is must.
Good to have Skills
- Computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications).
- Must be able to multitask, work independently, and have good organizational skills.
- Fluent in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new hires, employee status changes and other data changes.
- Manage the Right to work processes.
- Maintain records and procedures for the administration process.
- Create and maintain employee and contractor records like new hire, Termination etc.
- Processing Employee Data Change Forms and conducting mass data updates (e.g., organizational changes).
- Experience of working of Payroll/EDM defensive queries in Workday.
- Answer questions on employee data, personnel files, benefits plan, enrolment, retirement plans, changes, Short-term / long-term disability etc.) and form completion escalated from Tier 1.
- Manage centralized documentation and renewal process for SOPs.
- Responsible for first line support to line managers/employees’ queries.
- Knowledge of Service now case management tool Keywords.
- EDG Specialist.
