• As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements.
• Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements.
• Design and document business processes and workflows.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire Digital Portals.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.
• Experience in defining product requirements and use cases.
• Knowledge of user and task analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with process optimization and improvement methodologies.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Guidewire Digital Portals.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
