Job Descritpion of HCM Consultant
6 to 8 Years Of Relevant Experience
- Work experience as an SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Mgt., Time Evaluation) consultant.
- Work experience in SAP CATS support projects for countries such as US, Canada, Latin American countries.
- Integration knowledge to integrate SF HCM with other SAP modules such as Finance and Controlling, CRM, CATS and with external HR systems (People-Soft, local Payroll systems).
- Work experience in ticketing tools ServiceNow, Jira.
Good-to-Have
- Experience to work from client location in a client facing role.
- Hands-on experience in customization of Time Evaluation Schema for US, Canada to meet country specific need by adding/editing PCR, designing functions, editing schemas and others for over time, time in lieu, statutory requirements.
- Experience in SAP Activate methodology.
- Work experience with PS industry.
