4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience

• IBM Financial Transaction Manager 3.0+– includes a successful track-record on at least one major program.
• 7+ years IBM Middleware experience, focused on architecture and design. (negotiable, depending on the expertise) Certification and training to include advanced aspects of the FTM or EPP framework.
• 5+ years IBM Web Sphere MQ/Web Sphere Message Broker. Ability to understand the advanced concepts of WTX (creating XML schema definitions, type trees, executable files etc) in conjunction with IBM WMB.
• Prior experience and knowledge of IBM DB2 in conjunction with IBM FTM, a thorough understanding of the FTM data model. Good understanding of the difference between operational / non-operational data with respect to db2.
• Thorough understanding of design methodologies of FTM including concepts of ISF v1, ISF v2 FTM objects (Transactions / Physical Transmissions / Fragments / Batch etc).
• Thorough understanding of concepts of channels, service participants, configuration values, classifications & mappers with respect to IBM FTM.
• Thorough understanding of mappings (non ISF to ISF & vice versa), including advanced concepts of opaque parsing / message sets etc Strong understanding of mappers (both inbound & outbound), Actions, States with respect to IBM FTM.
• Thorough understanding of the Event Processing Flow and how events are raised in IBM FTM, Fair understanding of raising events containing Context objects values.
• Thorough understanding of the UML modelling on IBM RSA & should have a good understanding of creating Finite State Machine diagrams. This also includes extracting the FSM/ Configuration scripts from RSA and running the SQL scripts on DB2.
• Concepts of Object Filters, Event Filters, States, Transitions, Events, Actions, Resolutions, Alerts, Stereotypes etc with respect to both UML Modelling and flow design in WMB.
• Knowledge of deploying IBM FTM.ear file with respect to FTM GUI on top of WAS.
• Thorough understanding of the IBM FTM /EPP GUI including navigation, monitoring, resolving Alerts, command messages etc.
• Thorough understanding of payments' domain / SEPA compliance / WBI FN including a good understanding of ISO 20022 XML repository (pain.001, pain.002, PACs.002, PACs.004,CAMT.056, CAMT.029 etc).
• Strong analytical and communication skills. Should have good knowledge of working in payment packages in any of the areas will be good enough - SWIFT; SEPA, Instant Payment EURO.
