Must have skills:

• IBM SOA development experience.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, JAVA.
• Analytical and Debugging Skill.
• Application development and experiences: IBM BAW, IBM BPM, IBM case manager.
• BPM UI development skills, including JavaScript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches).

Good to have skills:

• REST/SOAP-based web services development experience.
• Java/J2EE tech. Like Java, JSP, Servlet, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell script.
• WAS console knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test complex integration solution based on IBM SOA.
• Working with SME’s/SAs on Business requirements.
• Preparing High Level and Low-level design document.
• Design, develop, and test complex integration solution based on IBM BPM.
• Deep understanding of workflow and business impact.
• Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements; design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary.
• Coordinating with onshore, offshore, and responsible for status updates.
