6+ Years Relevant Experience

• Should be able to support OBIEE reports, BI Publisher.
• Should have exposure to ETL (informatica).
• Work with business on resolving data related issues.
• Run data load jobs and monitor if needed during on-site hours.
• Create new application roles and assigning users to roles.
• Update SSL certificates and work with infra team on patching OS.
• Fix issues with Data Visualization.
• Build new reports and update existing reports.
• Ensure the solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements; drive high quality implementation and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to support smooth business operations.
• Validate the current system flow to be able to determine the gaps between business requirements, implemented solution, product features not leveraged etc.
• Strong Functional, Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Experience in Healthcare / life science domain.
