- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and direction to technical staff across various M365 product & operations teams.
- Take ownership of technical and non-technical deliverables within assigned projects.
- Effectively document, communicate, and present technical decisions and their business implications to peers, senior management, and stakeholders.
- Bring a creative and innovative mindset to problem-solving.
- Maintain deep technical expertise in OneDrive for Business.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex issues.
- Stay informed on Microsoft product roadmaps and assess their impact on EY end users.
- Maintain a security-first mindset, proactively mitigating risks and reducing vulnerabilities.
- Ensure availability and business continuity of the product, aligning with SLAs and experience metrics.
- Proactively identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to enhance system resilience.
- Demonstrate strong communication, networking, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
