• Stay informed on Microsoft product roadmaps and assess their impact on EY end users.
• Maintain a security-first mindset, proactively mitigating risks and reducing vulnerabilities.
• Ensure availability and business continuity of the product, aligning with SLAs and experience metrics.
• Proactively identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to enhance system resilience.
