Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Mac Infrastructure Management:

• Manage and maintain our organization's fleet of Mac devices, including provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement standardized macOS deployment processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all Mac systems.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and software licensing agreements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest macOS releases, technologies, and best practices, and recommend relevant updates and improvements.

2. Jamf Cloud Administration:

• Create and manage policies, profiles, scripts, and packages using Jamf Pro, automating software installations, updates, and patch management.
• Implement and enforce security measures, including device encryption, configuration management, and remote wipe capabilities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Jamf Pro-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and Jamf Support as needed.

3. Support and Training:

• Provide technical support and assistance to L2/L3 teams regarding Mac devices, software, and Jamf functionality.
• Develop and deliver training materials to educate employees on Mac usage, best practices, and self-service capabilities within Jamf.
• Collaborate with Help Desk and IT teams to resolve escalated Mac-related issues and provide timely solutions.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of Mac and Jamf Pro configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Generate reports on Mac inventory, compliance status, software deployments, and other relevant metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, potential areas for improvement, and optimize the Mac environment's performance.
