• This role involves leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient SharePoint solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of SharePoint solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Develop and manage custom SharePoint components using client-side technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of SharePoint solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SharePoint and related technologies, incorporating new features and best practices into solutions.
• Document application architectures, technical specifications, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert-level support to end-users and stakeholders.

Technical Skill Sets

• Extensive experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint environments.
• Proficiency in client-side technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint development tools and frameworks, such as SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and SPFx.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services, such as Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
• Deep understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and lifecycle.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient SharePoint solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
