4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience

• Install, configure and maintain Appnomic, Grafana, Prometheus and Alert Manager Monitoring Systems.
• Platform monitoring Build and Design Providing support during build and run phases of project.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow our infrastructure monitoring platform environment, ensuring overall stability and performance.
• Support monitoring platform environment/tool update.
• General support, administration, and maintenance of our monitoring platform, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
• Creating and managing monitoring dashboard.
• Proactive monitoring of infrastructure via monitoring solution.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, Reports for identified tasks.
• Escalations and follow up with other technical teams.
• On time Escalation and Reporting of alerts as per Incident management process.
• Hardening and Vulnerability Mitigation of Windows & VMware.
• Asset / CMDB Management13 Python/Shell Scripting programming experience.
• Linux/Windows server technical support experience.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure, event management, and infrastructure/application monitoring-related problems.
