6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in managing or troubleshooting all aspects of Exchange 2019 and associated Infrastructure.
- Should have Knowledge in PowerShell to automate administrative tasks, execute scripts and monitor resources.
- Should have experience in creating batches for user mailbox accounts, move mailboxes and create shared mailboxes using PowerShell.
- Should be having hands on experience in creating Windows Server tasks such as server backup, patch management and troubleshooting system failures.
- Should be well versed in managing user accounts, control application policies and configure software in Exchange Server 2016.
- Should have done activities like installing updates, evaluate patches and perform system configuration changes.
- Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Domain Administration, Network Administration (security system configurations, security, DNS and DHCP).
- Hands on in installing a new domain controller including DNS, DHCP, Backup Exec and VOIP systems.
- Should have experience in migrating users to cloud computing, managing cloud identities with Office 365, configuring mail flow for Hybrid scenarios and synchronizing on-premise AD with cloud services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting technical support for O365/Exchange 206/2019 Mailboxes and associated Windows Infrastructure.
- Preparing technical materials and documentation as needed.
- Providing weekly schedule updates and overall project status as requested by the client.
- Working directly with end users to create effective solutions.
- Automating many back-office functions related to technology and services.
- Attend daily and weekly meetings with Offshore and other stakeholders.
- Work in Rotational Shifts (17/5 Project) and provide On-call support or flexible to log on demand for critical issues.
