6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
- Provide day to day operational support for the NAC Management Service.
- Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and operation of NAC setups and management.
- Integration of Networking devices with Enterprise Manager (Router, Switches, Access point etc).
- Troubleshooting of endpoints as per define ACL.
- Configuration of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise manager.
- Onboarding of new networking devices into Enterprise manager.
- Creating SOP’s & KB’s.
- Troubleshooting Knowledge.
- Performance Mgmt & Reporting.
- ITIL & ITSM Knowledge.
- Delivery agreed KPI’s and 100% compliance to endpoints.
- Firmware upgrade of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager.
- Identify non-compliant system from Forescout NAC report.
