We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to oversee and drive End-to-End (E2E) backend integration delivery. This individual will take ownership of the process, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Integration Delivery: Own and manage the entire E2E backend integration process, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with required stakeholders and support teams to resolve issues and remove impediments, ensuring efficient project progression.
• Solution Design: Actively participate in design discussions, contributing valuable insights to shape robust technical solutions.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and support to team members, assisting with mobilisation, onboarding, and overall team success.

Core Skills & Experience:

• IT Experience: Over 10 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years serving in a Senior Technical Lead capacity.
• Backend Development Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js
• Cloud Experience: 3+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Testing & Code Quality Tools: 3+ years of experience with Junit, Jest, SonarQube, and ESLint for static code analysis.
• Version Control & CI/CD: 3+ years working with Git and GitHub (VCS) for version control.
• API Gateway Exposure: Experience with Apigee Gateway for API management.
• Agile Practices: Solid experience working in Agile methodologies with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Communication & Articulation: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly learn, adapt, and effectively articulate technical solutions.

Desirable Skills:

• Cloud Experience: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Cloud Networking: Knowledge of cloud networking and on-premise infrastructure integration.
