6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

• Candidate should possess broad knowledge and domain experience within the Cloud EPM product.
• Candidate will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate
• Oracle EPM technologies to deliver superior business impact.
• He / She will work collaboratively with Onshore and offshore EPM Project teams which include transformation, implementation, Roll-out, Upgrades, Development or Support.
• Collaborate and maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders (Internal & External).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, develop, document and support financial planning, budgeting and reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud Planning (Custom/Free Form)
• Build and support complex data Integrations from GL, ERP and Close applications to Oracle Cloud Planning and PCMCS
• Perform unit, system and support user testing associated with the Oracle Cloud Planning products.
• Develop technical and functional Oracle Cloud Planning admin and user documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing and end user documents, etc.
• Attend client meeting and capture key requirements and transform requirements to design
• Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others
  Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract.
  Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.

Essential Skills

To qualify for this role, the candidate must have:

• 6+ years of experience in Hyperion/EPM, specializing in design, analysis, development, and support of applications across various domains and EPM-related products and tools.
• Hands-on experience in implementing Hyperion (EPM) applications using EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services) to meet enterprise needs.
• Expertise in data integrations of EPM Cloud applications.
• Proficiency in writing Business Rules (BR) and developing forms.
• Experience in designing workflows and metadata structures in EPBCS.
• Ability to work independently, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues before they arise.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Oracle Planning 2024/2023 Implementation Essentials (1Z0-1080-23/24).
• Additional experience with EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) and PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and other collaboration and unified communication tools.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and continuously upskill.
