Job Descritpion of Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Developer
6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Core HR, Benefit, compensation and Payroll(US).
- Prior experience of working Oracle HCM Journeys and Redwood implementation is must, Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.
- Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.
- Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM.
- Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
- Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
- Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.
- Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
- Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
- Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout.
- Oracle Integration Cloud experience is a PLUS.
