5+ Years Relevant Experience
Technical/Functional Skills Complete Administrative ownership of Planview applications to include:
- Implementation of Planview
- Configurations and customizations
- Additional integrations
- Overall end user support and training, documentation, and reporting
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and reporting.
- Automations, enhancements, and process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
- Candidate will have a strong understanding and advanced working experience with Planview, including tool configuration and administration of Planview Agile Place
- Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Strong experience in Planview customization
- Demonstrated experience in writing scripts and automation.
- Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and anticipate the needs of a changing landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills and the ability to banter without batting an eye.
- Extraordinary attention to detail, including the ability to anticipate likely outcomes and assess risks.
- Ability to generate different and novel ways to deal with work problems/opportunities.
- Experience in supporting technical discussions with customers
- Planview Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and integration of products.
- This role will work cross functionally with a variety of teams to enable best practices within these tools across the organization.
- This role is accountable for high availability, performance, and enhanced capabilities of the Atlassian and Planview product suite.
