6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
- Work with customer management, customer subject-matter experts (SMEs) and or information technology personnel to complete Salesforce implementation tasks, as required.
- Provide technical leadership for the Salesforce implementation project.
- Implementation of customer solution that involves Salesforce Platform, Quip Advanced and/or integrations to ensure scope and customer expectations are met.
- Code and/or configure integrations between Salesforce and various custom applications.
- Implement various apps/components from the Salesforce App Exchange.
- Establish and maintain Salesforce implementation standards.
- Advise on a variety of broad questions and concerns regarding project specifications and technical standards; communicate the status of requests and determine the feasibility of various technical approaches.
- Deliver results working with team, business teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide support to current Sony business within agreed upon service levels.
- Ability to advise clients and recommend when to use declarative code vs custom code using Visual force and Apex.
- Stay current on Salesforce.com technology changes and releases.
- 6+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, ideally with experience in laying the foundation for a new Salesforce implementation in an organization
- Proven experience with Visualforce, APEX, LWC, Aura Component Framework, API Programming.
- Strong background in LWC preferred.
- Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented.
- Experience with product development life cycle and software testing, which includes devising unit test plans, creating unit test cases, establishing unit testing protocols and appropriate testing environments, coordinate and execute software testing.
- Experience with declarative solutions including creation of workflows, approvals, flows etc.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements to technical/business solution options, and be able to communicate those effectively back to the customer, both from a technical aspect and from a business aspect.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Sales and/or Service Cloud projects.
- Experience with Change Sets, or experience in CI/CD.
- Experience with custom integration or middleware tools like Cast Iron, Mulesoft, or similar tools.
- Experience with source control management (Metadata, ANT, Git or CI).
- Experience contributing to projects within the agile methodology, delivering results through iterative development practices.
- Business process capture and automation in Salesforce, solved Salesforce problems and recommended solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication & teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in BE, MCA or equivalent.
- Salesforce certifications PD1, PD2, Admin (ADM-201)
Salesforce Advanced Developer or Salesforce Architect certifications
- Experience with Salesforce Communities, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
