8 to 10 Years Of Relevant Experience
- Assist stakeholders and teams to understand the capabilities of Communications Cloud (Vlocity) and guide team members on techno-functional implementation aspects.
- Work with stakeholders to design solutions and define and refine requirements for the Salesforce architecture.
- Understand business requirements and develop solutions using your experience of Salesforce and Omni Studio - specifically using components like OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures and Vlocity Product Console.
- Support existing and future sales, services, marketing, and ops pursuits by infusing a depth of knowledge around Comms Cloud specific business processes, data requirements, and technical complexities.
- Establish and provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Create a culture of enablement, working with other leaders in practice to keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including integrations with internal and external systems.
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Vlocity and Communications Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce/Velocity architecture, environment management, release management, source control, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with end-to-end implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects. Delivering overall solution architectures for CRM applications.
- Understanding of Velocity specific custom objects and Communications Cloud specific platform processes.
- Knowledge of OOTB functionality and the ability to guide developers between using configuration or coding.
