• Create Technical specifications based on the functional requirements specified by the business.
• Mentor and guide the technical development team on technical guidelines and standards.
• Establish quality standards for the code and technical templates needed for the execution of the project.
• Code review & technical design review for the team.
• Ownership towards complex functionalities to be built in the system.
• Maintain good rapport with customer technical team and in-house team.
• Able to clearly articulate the technical need or impact to all the stakeholders.
• Strong Experience in SAP ABAP on HANA.
• Good exposure to Odata services, CDS Views & Fiori apps.
• Good experience in all RICEFW objects.
• Should be experienced on ABAP Object oriented programming.
• Should have experience on ALE/IDOCs and configurations and IDOC interfaces using jobs and event management.
• Proactive and excellent communication skills, with exposure to customer interactions preferably on implementation project and providing guidance to team on technical aspects.
• Experience in Web dynpro.
• Experience in Workflows.
• Experience in Agile Methodology.
