• Lead the payroll cutover process for multiple regions, including the United States, Canada, Finland, and Norway.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP payroll modules.
• Develop and execute cutover plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders throughout the cutover process.
• Conduct data conversion activities using LSMW and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Configure and customize SAP PA/OM and Payroll modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment of payroll processes with organizational policies and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll cutover activities in a timely manner.
• Coordinate testing activities and validate payroll results to ensure accuracy.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
