6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP payroll data conversion projects, ensuring successful extraction, transformation, and loading of payroll data from legacy systems to SAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design effective conversion strategies.
- Develop and implement ETL processes to extract data from legacy payroll solutions and transform it into SAP-compatible formats.
- Analyze and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the conversion process.
- Design and implement data validation procedures to verify the accuracy of converted data.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define conversion scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members involved in data conversion activities.
- Document conversion processes, methodologies, and best practices for future reference.
- Monitor conversion progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Conduct post-conversion validation to ensure the successful migration of data into SAP payroll systems.
