Job Descritpion of SAP EC Payroll Funtional Consultant
6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and payroll processes for regions including the US, Canada, Finland, and Norway.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications for SAP Employee Central (EC) modules.
- Write and execute test scripts to validate EC configurations, including payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for Success Factors EC modules, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of EC functionalities.
- Document test results, defects, and issues, and track their resolution through to closure in collaboration with development and functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and collaborate with automation engineers to automate repetitive test scenarios.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and end-users on testing best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct post-implementation validation to ensure the successful migration of data and configurations to EC modules.
- Stay informed about SAP Success Factors updates, enhancements, and best practices related to testing methodologies and tools.
- Document test scripts, test cases, and test scenarios for knowledge sharing and future reference.
