Document test results, defects, and issues, and track their resolution through to closure in collaboration with development and functional teams.
Identify opportunities for test automation and collaborate with automation engineers to automate repetitive test scenarios.
Provide guidance and support to project teams and end-users on testing best practices and methodologies.
Conduct post-implementation validation to ensure the successful migration of data and configurations to EC modules.
Stay informed about SAP Success Factors updates, enhancements, and best practices related to testing methodologies and tools.
