6 to 8 Years Of Relevant Experience
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions in the SAP Payroll module using HR ABAP.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain HR ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements for SAP Payroll and other HR modules.
- Write and optimize ABAP code to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of custom developments.
- Design and implement BAdIs to enhance standard SAP functionality and meet business requirements in the payroll module.
- Develop and consume OData services for integrating SAP HR data with external systems and applications.
- Implement RFCs for synchronous and asynchronous communication between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Configure and monitor integration scenarios using SOA Manager, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of ABAP developments.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving defects in ABAP programs.
- Document technical designs, specifications, and development standards for knowledge sharing and future reference.
