- 7 to 10 yrs expertise in monitoring the chrome river master data related batch jobs in SAP.
- Expertise in Chrome River integration with SAP.
- Provide chrome river access to new employees and add new roles to existing employees.
- Provide the solution to users issues on a daily basis.
- Expertise in change set management in chrome river.
- Expertise in chrome river tax calculation.
- Knowledge on chrome river standard and adoc reports.
- Monitoring the chrome river transactional jobs, if any failed expense reports need to post manually.
- End to end knowledge to creating expense reports and pre-approvals in chrome river.
- Knowledge on chrome river approval workflow.
- Expertise in service now ticketing tool and adhere to SLA.
