6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- SuccessFactors certifications in EC Time Off
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment
- Designing and implementing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, workflows, and business rules
- Understanding of Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects like Time Profiles, Time Types, and Time Sheets
- Experience in working with Integration for Employee Central
Good-to-Have:
- Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
- Knowledge in Intelligent Services
- Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements
