Job Descritpion of ServiceMax Tester
4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience
- Working closely with the development team to create and modify test suites, that will be later automated using AccelQ for seamless testing.
- Discussing with the team and performing manual testing for the user stories assigned during that sprint.
- Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories.
- Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation.
- Creating automated test suites using the AccelQ tool that will bring automated test running during regression.
- Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions.
- Finding defects and discrepancies to make sure that the developed solution meets the client requirements.
- Modifying existing test suites when a change has been made in that particular flow or any update has been made in the Salesforce environment.
- Routine running of the automated test suites to ensure that no defects have been introduced in the system.
- Analyzing and reporting of the routine regression testing to the client management.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the test automation and Salesforce testing.
- Conduct regression testing to verify resolved issues and ensure new features do not introduce new bugs.
Essential:
- Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on test automation using AccelQ.
- Excellent understanding of Field service business – Workforce Management, Asset Service Management, Warranty & Service Contract Management.
- Salesforce Platform Architecture expertise.
- Knowledge of performance and load testing is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce administrator, AccelQ certification.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance best practices.
