5+ Years Relevant Experience
We are looking for a profile with a strong understanding of ServiceNow as a product, including its features and functionalities, to effectively take on a Business Analyst role. Many of the recent profiles have primarily used ServiceNow in a support capacity and lack experience with configurations, administration, and setup. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow as a product, preferably with relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, and administering ServiceNow, with in-depth knowledge of its features and functionalities.
- Strong communication skills with direct customer interaction experience in previous roles. Should have expertise in requirement gathering, creating clear requirement specifications, and facilitating discussions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally 8-10 years. BPS profiles are not relevant; please consider C2 and above profiles only.
