10+ Years Relevant Experience

• Experience: 10+ years in ServiceNow.
• Role: ServiceNow developer, Business Analyst or Solution architect.
• Certified with ServiceNow's Administrator and ITIL foundation, or at least aware of ITIL processes.
• Should have knowledge and implemented the ITSM, ITAM, ITBM and ITOM (CM DB, Discovery and Service mapping) platform modules.
• Should have hands on scripting of ServiceNow (Client Script and Server Script) to under the existing scripts.
• Worked on Virtual Agent, Integration Hub and Flow designer.
• Hands on integrate and e-Bond ServiceNow with 3'd party applications using REST API and web services.
• Should be able to build the reports and dashboards using report and performance analytics modules.
• Interact with customers, understand their business demands, issues, queries and provide solution.
• Design documents, presentations, educate and demonstration to customers whenever need ed.
