- Analysis of functional requirement specifications received from Stakeholders & proposing the technical feasibility and solution
- Implementation experience of ITSM and ITOM suite of applications in ServiceNow
- End to End Implementation Experience of various modules in ServiceNow at least 2 major engagements
- Understanding of ServiceNow overall architecture, design and integrations
- Share best practices with the team and provide consultation to Process and Technical teams on application capabilities
- Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
- Product knowledge on Security Operations and Employee workflow products
