10+ Years Relevant Experience
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation Projects.
- Passtionate about technologies and ServiceNow in particular.
- Involve as lead developer in multiple ServiceNow projects. Lead a team of developers. Lead and facilitate client meetings.
- Coordinate with client and team members and ensure there are no gaps in understanding the requirements.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and walkthroughs with the customers.
- Understand the functional and technical requirements of the application.
- Participate in design discussions. Offer technical and functional suggestions for enhancing the application.
- Discuss with the client every day, understand and document the requirements. Develop solutions accordingly.
- Enter user stories and tasks into Agile Management tool. Update status of the tasks regularly.
- Partcipate in SCRUM meetings every day. Implement SCRUM practices in the team.
- Work with the QA team. Ensure there are no gaps between the QA team and Dev team.
- Write very descriptive user stories based on the requirements.
- Conduct technical interviews.
- Must have led a team of ServiceNow Developers. Trained, motivated and helped them deliver.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Mandatory experience working directly with customers in US/UK. One-on-one interactions.
- Experience in full Implementation of one ServiceNow product (ITSM or CSM or HR or PPM)
- Experience in post-production support of ServiceNow implementation.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform - any two of - ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, PPM, HRSD
