Role Overview:

We are seeking Senior and Junior SharePoint Developers to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online components using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Workflows. The ideal candidate should be a strong ReactJS developer with demonstrated expertise in SharePoint Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online components using SPFx, Power Apps, and Workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SharePoint Framework and Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in SharePoint development and Power Platform.
• Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
• Senior Developers: Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in SharePoint & Power Platform (Apps & Workflows) development, with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git, DevOps).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
