Job Descritpion of Sprinklr Developer
3 to 4 Years Relevant Experience
- Set-up social/market listening projects in Dow’s platform. Dow is using Sprinklr as their social/market listening platform. This includes keyword creation, review of incoming messages and adjusting to meet project objective.
- Develop and set-up monitoring reports according to specific business project objective and scope.
- Analyze incoming mentions from specific set topics, to deliver desired insights according to project objective and scope. Develop market insights report to represent the derived insights.
- Provide trouble shooting and project support
- Focus on business specific applications and work processes in order to gain higher levels of support
- Review requests daily and prioritize as necessary
- Develop and maintain solid working relationships
- Consult with different stakeholders is necessary to resolve requests
- Identify, update, and communicate changes to determine best practices
- Support Client projects as project lead. Create any required project deliverables and ensure project is completed within time frame negotiated with the requestor
