Job Descritpion of Stress Analysis Engineer
5+ Years Relevant Experience
- Mechanical engineer / Aerospace engineer, with sound knowledge of Structural integrity analysis.
- Knowledge on Static (Linear / Non - Linear analysis).
- Knowledge on Dynamic analysis – NMA, Forced response analysis.
- Should have knowledge on Fatigue life calculations (LCF & HCF).
- Knowledge on FBO and Windmilling assessment is preferred.
- Should have min 3 years of working experience in Ansys workbench.
- Should be able to validate the results through classical method / Hand calculations.
- Aerospace/Aero engine domain experience is preferred.
- Working experience on flow control valves is an added advantage.
- Ansys Workbench.
Must-Have
- Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team.
- Interact with the customer and cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and propose and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of structural integrity analysis and Fatigue life calculations.
- Ability to work effectively with CAE tools like Analysis WB.
- Ability to effectively apply continuous improvement methods as cost saving initiatives.
- valid conclusions & engineering judgements.
- lead the new development processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work as Technical Lead in Structural analysis team to groom and guide the team.
- Interact with the customer and cross functional teams to understand the requirements and propose and implement.
- Participating in business requirement discussions and providing key technical inputs.
- Leading the Stress analysis related technical deliverables.
- Directly handling technical queries from customer.
