10+ Years Relevant Experience
- The candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of order, procurement, and service delivery operations within the carrier industry.
- It is expected that the candidate has prior experience in completing installations for various clients and demonstrates a nuanced understanding of the challenges often encountered in these processes.
- The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in coordinating and tracking activities with vendors, spanning from contract negotiation to the Firm Order Commit (FOC) stage, as well as facilitating internal and external scheduling with carriers and customers.
- The candidate is required to adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), committing to follow-up with carriers on orders and scheduling within three-day increments.
- A working knowledge of the requirements for both data and voice installations is essential for the candidate.
- Strategic thinking skills are paramount. The candidate should proactively identify and address any operational gaps, leveraging support from the TEM manager or TEM team when necessary.
- The candidate should possess hands-on experience with carrier portals, particularly those of major carriers such as LEC, Lumen, AT&T, Wind stream, etc. Detailed carrier requirements will be provided as part of the contract review process.
- Proficiency in Excel is required to create comprehensive tracking reports for each event related to carrier procurement.
- The candidate is expected to maintain an up-to-date list of all carrier contacts on a monthly basis. Additionally, the candidate will schedule regular calls with the TEM manager and team to provide timely updates on any changes to vendor contacts.
