4 to 6 Years of Relevant Experince

• UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred).
• Experience in implementing / upgrading Kronos WFC and WIM interfaces. Experience with SQLs.
• A self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Experience with designing and implementing the integrations for UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation (configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer.
• Development / Troubleshooting experience in interfaces with Dell Boomi Platform / Integrations through APIs.
• Good understanding of integration for all components in WFD like Business Structure, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration.
• Experience with following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activitie.
• Have good experience with integrations using Dell Boomi.
• Experience with creating custom reports.
• Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.
• Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
• Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
• Develop documentation for systems and processes.
