6 to 8 Years of Relevant Experience

• Experience in managing/leading Testing for more than one UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation (Large implementation with more than 100K, multiple countries, 1000+stores).
• Hands on Experience in managing the end-to-end testing of functional and integrations.
• Experience with SIT, supporting UAT and performance Testing of UKG Pro WFM implementation.
• Experience in testing/validating Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Activities, Business Structure, Release Management, HyperFind queries, Workforce Genies and calendars, Data Access Control Concepts, Custom Reports.
• Experience with SIT, support with UAT, Parallel Testing and Regression testing.
• Experience with Automation testing using Test Assure.
• Experience in managing end to end defect management - Develop documentation for systems and processes.
• UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred).
• Experience in Kronos WFC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
