6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

Must-Have Skills:

• 4-5 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years in HCL WebSphere Commerce (WCS).
• Strong understanding of WCS and eCommerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with WCS subsystems, specifically in Order, Member, and Catalog management.
• Proficiency in API-driven development and REST frameworks.
• Experience in customizing REST handlers, including WCS and Search-related customizations.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including AJAX/JSON and frameworks like jQuery.
• Familiarity with code quality tools such as PMD, Checkstyle, and SONAR.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues affecting WebSphere Commerce applications.
• Experience in integrating WCS with external systems via APIs.
• Customization expertise in the Business Object Document (BOD) framework.
• Hands-on experience with source control and DevOps tools like Git and Jenkins.
• Strong unit testing skills and experience in performing thorough code testing.
• Knowledge of Data Load/WCBD procedures.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge of Node.js or JavaScript testing frameworks.
• Understanding of Order Management System (OMS) integration.
