4+ Years Relevant Experience

• Develop and support Workfront and Fusion applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and functionality.
• Design and implement AEM components and integrations, with a particular focus on AEM 6.0 and later versions (Experience with AEM 6.4 is a plus).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver innovative, effective solutions.
• Utilize IIS server knowledge and basic DNS, DHCP, and networking skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Perform basic SQL server querying and troubleshooting to support application functionality.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Integrate and work with RESTful and SOAP-based web services to enhance the functionality of applications.
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
• Work with continuous integration tools to streamline development processes.
• Develop and manage backend/API development to support application functionality.
• Utilize tools such as Visual Studio, GIT, and Fiddler for development, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization, analyzing and resolving bottleneck problems to improve application efficiency.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.
• Manage job scheduling using Control-M and handle incidents, service requests, and change management through the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with Active Directory for user management and implement single sign-on (SSO) protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in Workfront and Fusion applications.
• Strong expertise in Content Management Systems, particularly AEM.
• Familiarity with portal technologies is a plus.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and web services (both RESTful and SOAP).
• Basic experience with SQL querying and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Experience with continuous integration tools and distributed architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Control-M and ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• Experience with Active Directory and single sign-on (SSO) protocols.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AEM 6.4 is a plus.
• Networking knowledge and familiarity with networking concepts.
• Practical experience in performance tuning and optimization.
